Hey everybody :) Today has been such a good day. First of all, I was off work. Which is a nice change of pace when you work 6 days a week. Ray and I woke up at the ass crack of dawn again and hit the gym. I burnt near 550 calories and was walking at 3.7 mph at a 9% incline most of the time. It was rough, haha. But I felt very accomplished afterwards. When we got home, I wasn't really in the mood for breakfast, so I committed a dieting sin and skipped breakfast. I just really wasn't hungry.

For lunch, I had a cup-o-noodles with some added siracha sauce, hot sauce, soy sauce, and worchishire (sp?) sauce. I also had a smoked ham sandwich on a sandwich thin with some mustard and ketchup. I forgot to take a picture! Oops.

For dinner, Ray cooked us up some delicious talapia with a side of mushroom rice mixed with brown rice and some marinara. It was suuuuuper good.


I had a friend come over today and do my taxes for me. I wasn't expecting much, (being a server you get raped by taxes) but SOMEHOW.. My total state and federal refund was 1,000 dollars!!! That was definitely the best part of my day. Once I get back that hefty return, It's all going into my savings and that will bring me up to 3,000 dollars saved. Only 2k away from my 5k goal! And I still have 6 months to go :) Life couldn't be any better. I'm so excited to take my picture tomorrow!! i hope I can tell a drastic difference. I hope I've lost more than 2 lbs! We'll find out tomorrow. Goodnight, bloggers.

    For some reason, the past two days, I haven't had an appetite AT ALL. If it weren't for GJ being hungry, I probably wouldn't even cook a meal to eat. Yesterday I had a pan seared chicken breast with garlic crusting seasoning and some creamy chicken rice (which I normally would never eat- but seeing as how it was 10pm and my first meal of the day, I knew I had 32 points left and it wasn't going to kill me). Then later I had 2 vegetable egg rolls (baked) and some 94% fat free popcorn. Today again I had no appetite and at 10:30pm ate a pan seared chicken breast with all kinds of spices on it with some rice and cooked onions. Last Monday I was 201.4, Monday I was 200.6, and today around 7pm I was down to 197.3. I like to eat small meals throughout the whole day to keep my metabolism up but maybe my body doesn't care this week?

  2. Haha that could definitely be it! It's definitely not good to eat that late at night though! You should try to eat your small meals earlier, because it's not good to eat a dinner size meal and then go to bed right afterwards.

    I didn't have an appetite this morning at all. I didn't feel hungry. It was weird. I usually look forward to my meals. Doesn't losing weight feel so good?
